Safety requirements before starting work

The driver shall not drive on a fishing line in case of the following safety violations: a) failure of mechanisms and systems, which prohibit the operation of the base vehicle; b) cracks and deformations in the metal structure of the supporting frame and concrete mixer; c) lack of primary fire extinguishing means. Any violations detected must be corrected by the operator himself before starting work, and if this is impossible, the operator must report them to his supervisor and the person supervising the safe operation of the mixer truck.
Safety requirements during operation
Before loading dry mix or unmixed liquid concrete mix, the operator must ensure that the concrete unit hopper outlet is vertically aligned with the neck of the mixer. 5. When performing work the operator is obliged: a) to keep the control cabin and concrete mixer clean, not to leave the concrete mix in the drum; b) not to allow transportation of concrete mix in excess of the capacity of the mixer truck; c) not to leave the mixer truck with running engine unattended; d) not to start moving the mixer truck and supply concrete when people are on the steps and its top platform. 9. When stopping and parking a mixer truck on unlit road sections, in the dark or other conditions of insufficient visibility (fog), the driver must turn on the parking or parking lights. 10. When moving the mixer truck on the public road, the driver shall comply with the Traffic Rules of the Russian Federation. 11. 12 Wash the concrete mixer drum at the place designated for this purpose. Safety requirements in emergency situations
The operation must be stopped in case of the following failures: a) cracks or deformations in the metal structures of the supporting frame and mixing unit; b) leaks in the fuel or oil system; c) loss of tire pressure; d) suspicious noises, cracking, grinding and other signs of engine or mixing unit failure; e) parking or working brake failure; f) no fire extinguishing equipment on the machine; g) lack of a squad. Do not work in the vicinity of overhead power lines. 14. In case of fire at the mixer truck, the operator must stop access of fuel to the source of fire and put out the flames with a fire extinguisher, earth, sand or tarpaulin. It is forbidden to pour water on burning fuel and electrical wiring.
Safety requirements at the end of work
At the end of work the operator is obliged: a) to wash out the drum and clean the concrete mixer truck; b) to put the mixer truck at the parking place; c) to switch off the engine, shut off the fuel supply; d) to brake the truck, to set the gear to neutral position; e) to inform the works manager or the person, supervising the safe operation of the mixer truck about all failures noticed during the work.

Cocktail mixer and blender maintenance

After use, unplug the blender unit using the plug. All parts which are in direct contact with the food are rinsed. Impeller and deflector shaft are washed with 50-60°C water and approved detergents. Then rinse with 60-70°C water and wipe dry.
Glasses, lid and drip tray are washed with a brush with hot water at 50-60°C, then rinsed with hot water at least 70°C and wiped with a cloth.
The blender cup should be cleaned daily. To clean, pour hot tap water (about halfway) into a cup and add dishwashing liquid. Place the cup with the lid on the motor unit and turn on the maximum speed for 15 seconds. Then the beaker is removed, emptied and rinsed with clean water. Store the beaker upside down.
Periodically sanitize cup. The beaker is filled with hot tap water in which a liquid chlorine bleach is added. After stirring, leave the beaker with the mixture for 5 minutes. Then the mixture is poured out.
Clean the top and sides of the motor unit daily with a damp cloth. Once a week pour a strong cleaning solution into the driveshaft head and soak for 5 minutes.
Clean the projections and cavities with, for example, a toothpick. Turn motor assembly over and pour solution out, wipe head dry.

Rules of operation
When working with vegetable cream, it is very important to follow the following recommendations:
Allow the whipped cream to cool at 4-5ºC for at least 8-12 hours before whipping.

To prevent whipped cream from settling it is recommended to use stabilizers and funds. The dosage in the formulation depends on the manufacturer’s recommendations.
To reduce the process of cracking of whipped cream on the product, the following measures should be taken:
- – Massive moistening of sponge cakes with sugar syrup;
- – Applying a thick layer of whipped cream on the surface of the biscuit semi-finished product;
- – Whipping cream with up to 40% sugar syrup (with at least 50% of dry substance).
The technology of preparation of cream with the introduction of sugar syrup:
- 1. Preparation of sugar syrup:
- Put 1 part water and 1 part sugar in a container, bring to the boil. Ready syrup is cooled to a temperature of 10oC.
- 2. Whip the cream based on vegetable oils with the temperature of 4-5oC until a fluffy, homogeneous consistency is obtained, add the syrup (in a thin stream) with a temperature not exceeding 10oC and continue whipping until completely combined.
Technology for preparing cream with the introduction of the foundation:
Foundation is diluted with water (water temperature 25-30oC) and left for 3 min. for swelling. Mixture is added to whipped cream in the ratio: per 1 kg of cream. 200g of foundation and 250g of water. The mass is stirred to a homogeneous consistency.
Recommended shelf-life of finished products with vegetable oil-based whipping cream is up to 120 hours.

OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS DURING WORK
