In gas-fired boilers (GC), the heat carrier is heated because natural gas is burned. From this process gets a lot of heat. And it follows through the heat exchanger to the heat carrier (TH). The heated DH is distributed over the entire heating network.

Dual circuit model supplies hot water to all plumbing fixtures in the house and for the underfloor heating system.

If you notice a pressure drop in the HK and the low pressure remains for a long time you need to contact a professional.

For the heating network to function correctly, boilers must maintain a stable pressure. So the heated VT will circulate normally through the entire network.

If the pressure drops, the entire network can be at risk of malfunctioning. As a result, the house will be deprived of heat.

Various devices are integrated into the HK design to control it. They collect data on the condition of the heating network. And this data is displayed to the user.

For example, a pressure reading of 1.5-2 atm is considered to be the norm in a private home. A lower or higher reading indicates a malfunction of the unit.

Difficulties with the pressure in the heating network of the house are formed only in technologies where there is forced circulation.

It is almost impossible to eliminate the pressure drops by your own efforts. It is obligatory to invite a professional in the field of repair GC.

Error codes of gas boilers Ariston and their elimination

If an error code appears on the screen of the gas boiler Ariston, it is recommended to restart the equipment to rule out the possibility of system failure. For this press the Reset button. If this does not help, then the system is signaling a valid error. What they can be shown in the table below.

Check coaxial pipe installation, clear blockage.

501 No ignition Check that the gas valve is open.

Inspect the ionization sensor. clean contacts and tighten wiring if necessary

607 Fan relay malfunction Install a new element 101 Overheating protection has tripped Adjust the gas supply.

Scale build up in heat exchanger may have caused poor heat transfer and reduced head. Then it is necessary to clean it with special reagents.

Diagnose the operation of the pump, adjust the mode.

Check the temperature sensor and control board

Voltage in the range of 0-5 volt leads to this error

103, 104, 105, 106, 107 Overheating, low pressure of the heat carrier or its volume is reduced Bleed excess air from the system. Make sure that the pressure is in the range of 1-1,2 bar.

Inspect the system for leaks. Eliminate them

In this case it will be necessary to replace the heat exchanger with a new one

If there is a draught, it is necessary to check the efficiency of the draught sensor

Check the ionisation sensor, clean the contacts

Repair broken wiring, replace broken element

Among the Ariston model range, there are rulers, which boilers do not have a liquid crystal display. Indicator lamp warns of an error. See manual for system designator.

Take note! It is recommended to call in a service technician to replace defective elements.

The first thing to do when starting this work is to turn off the boiler and shut off the inlet taps. However this last operation is not obligatory, in some cases.

For example, if the boiler is at the highest point of the heating system and you are only planning to remove the primary heat exchanger or drain the water from the expander.

But if you plan to disassemble hydraulic unit, take out any units, such as water flow sensor or make-up valve, remove secondary heat exchanger, etc.д. then the blocking of the inlet tap is obligatory!

However, if in doubt, shut off in any case, it will not be unnecessary.

Then you need to prepare a container of about five liters, not bad to find a piece of hose 1.5 meters, and a rag may also be useful.

Gas boiler make-up valve: when it’s time to change

After several years of active operation of the gas boiler, users are often faced with the following problem: water pressure increases in the system. The cause of the failure may not be the volume of the standard expansion tank, which is not enough for the pipes, but exactly the make-up valve. The fault can only be identified by competent diagnostics with the assistance of professionals.

In some cases, water continues to flow into the system even when it is closed. As a result. the pressure increases. To solve the problem for a while will help close the water tap at the boiler inlet, but use of hot water under such conditions will be impossible.

If it is not in your plans to put up with such inconveniences (and there is no need to do it), you can always buy Ariston uno make-up valve (http://gazkomplekt.com.You can purchase (at our store) or any other parts such as: control boards, flow sensors, fans, presostats, pumps.

Make-up valve. is the most important part for two-circuit gas boiler. It is through his work there is a boost pressure in the heating loop system so that the equipment normally works without exception in all modes.

All fill valves can be divided into two categories: manual fill valve and automatic fill valve.

The first is a manual make-up tap that helps manually raise the pressure in the boiler as required and then maintain it (with an operating range of 0.5 to 1.5 bar).).

The second. the automatic make-up valve is installed, as a rule, on the boilers of the elite class. Such tap is able to regulate pressure level in the system without assistance of the owner, in automatic mode. It operates at the command of a water pressure switch that is installed in the boiler, and the voltage needed to open it is supplied from the boiler control board.

Both makeup valves are mostly made of brass. But today is rapidly gaining popularity and polymer plastic. it is much cheaper, but at the same time is not inferior in its user characteristics in any way.

Why do you have to change the make-up valve? The most common reason lies in the excessive frequency of operation associated with problems of pressure retention by the boiler system. This may result in either an uncontrolled increase in pressure or leakage of the tap.

Please note: replacement of the make-up tap (as with any other part of the system) must be carried out under the supervision of a professional (e.g. a gas service engineer). There are many brands of boilers today, that is why you need experience with this type of device.

Make-up of the boiler system takes place in several stages:

  • open the automatic air vent (air vent), located in the volute of the circulation pump (plastic element);
  • open make-up valve to fill the system and do not close it until the boiler pressure gauge reads 1-1.5 bar;
  • Close make-up tap;

In Beretta gas boilers, the make-up valve is installed in the hydraulic plastic unit. and fixed with a clamp. But depending on the arrangement of the boiler hydraulics, the system fill tap is connected to different parts. In boilers with two heat exchangers the make-up tap is built into the socket, to which the hot water heat exchanger is connected. In bi-thermal boilers, the fill tap of the system enters the tee and is connected with a pipe to the make-up water flow switch.

Boiler make-up valves

One of the important nodes of any gas boiler is a make-up valve, serving to fill the water circuit of the heating system and maintain the required pressure of the coolant during operation of the gas heating equipment. Signs of the boiler make-up valve failure are its leakage or increase of water pressure in the system, which is also typical for other malfunctions. That’s why only a specialist from a certified service center for maintenance and repair of gas equipment can diagnose such a breakdown. To replace the valve, choose a similar unit of the same brand, suitable for this model of boiler.

Crane make-up valve of the heating system: features and types

Make-up valve is a standard element of all modern gas boilers. At the same time, each model of such equipment has its own original shut-off unit, which may differ from similar parts of other brands by the following features:

  • operating principle (boiler make-up valve can be manual or automatic);
  • material of manufacture (brass or composite plastic);
  • the dimensions, which depend on the specific design of the boiler and the location of the valve in it;
  • shape;
  • the diameter and location of the connection pipes;
  • connection method (threaded or fittings);
  • by design of the shut-off mechanism, the protrusion and diameter of the stem and the size of gaskets.

In equipment equipped with an automatic make-up valve it is possible not to monitor the water pressure in the boiler. This function is entrusted to the electronics, which, in the event of a drop in pressure in the system, will supply current to the electromagnets and open the valve. In shut-off valves with manual operation, this must be done by the consumer himself. If the pressure drops to 0.5 bar, you should open the tap and add water to the system to the pressure in the boiler 1.2-1.5 bar.

Malfunctions of Ariston gas boilers and instructions for their elimination

The Italian brand Ariston, which conceals the world-famous manufacturer of household appliances Indesit Company, has been designing and manufacturing gas-fired heating boilers since the mid-70s.

Structural division of Indesit Company is Ariston Thermo Group, whose gas boilers have gained popularity in connection with the intensive individual construction of residential buildings, as well as the unsatisfactory operation of centralized heating systems in apartment buildings.

In this review, we will look at some models of this brand, as well as their technical abilities. The instruction manual will be attached below.

Faults of boilers Ariston Alteas

Tell me what causes the Ariston Alteas X gas boiler to go out?

Flame detection malfunction. Poor gas pressure. Lack of gas mixture supply. Gas valve defect. Failure of parts of the ignition mechanism or their connecting wires are broken. Also the control board could be defective.

Please advise why the boiler has started to shut down? Why did this happen?? We have been using the device for about half a year.

Reasons for tripping are wrong capacity selection, low gas pressure, chimney problems, power failures, automation malfunction.

Maybe someone can explain what the problem is if the pressure in the boiler constantly drops? The unit was installed last year. What to do?

Large quantities of air in the heating circuit. The air bleed device is defective. It is recommended to change it. Heating circuit filter element is blocked with dirt. Clean the filter element. The boiler itself or the heating pipes are leaking. Makeup valve failure. Problems with the flow sensor. Test and replace if necessary. The built-in circulation pump is defective. Insufficient rotation speed due to wear of the impeller.

Can you explain why the gas boiler Ariston Alteas does not turn on? What can be the problem?

Extended ignition period of the gas burner indicates a clogging of the ionization flame sensor. To eliminate the defect it is necessary to clean the sensor and then re-start the device. Faulty draught sensor. Gas supply to the combustion device is interrupted. Clean sensor or replace with a new one.

Can someone explain what is the cause of malfunction if the gas boiler does not work in heating mode? What is the problem? Operate the device no more than half a year.

Inspect main circuit filter. If there is a clog in the filter, disassemble and clean the filter element. The circulation pump blades are defective. Check hydraulic pump and replace if necessary. Also check the water circulation in the heating pipes. Worn or clogged heating pipes reduces the amount of water in the system, for this reason the unit will work poorly for heating.

I can’t figure out how to fill the boiler system with water?

This operation must be performed in a certain sequence. Open the air vent valves located in the radiators and check the operation of the air vent in the boiler. Open make-up valve gradually, testing the correct operation of all venting mechanisms of the heating system without exception. Close the air bleed valves on the radiators as soon as the water appears. Then close the make-up valve and vent the radiator again using the valves on the radiators. Switch on the device and bring the heating to the required temperature in the main circuit, then switch off the hydraulic pump and make the secondary venting.

Can you tell me what the problem is, if the boiler Ariston Alteas X 24 FF constantly turns on and off? How to eliminate the fault? Do not use the unit for more than six months.

The flame is not fixed in the electronic unit: wrongly connected phase and zero. Connect the phase and neutral correctly. If there are no changes, electronics unit must be replaced. The ignition electrode cable is damaged or disconnected. Connect or change the electric wiring. The gas mixture pressure is too low. Adjust to a higher pressure.

Could you please tell me what kind of fault is it if the boiler doesn’t start?? The boiler was started up the year before last. What to do?

It is difficult to ignite. Malfunctions in the gas mixture inflow. Open the gas valve and check the pressure. The clearance between the electrodes is not correct or is not correct. Poor electrode ignition. There seems to be a problem with the incoming power supply.

Why is it possible to hear a suspicious knocking during the boiler start-up, and then the gas burner starts to extinguish? Error appears on the monitor, indicating overheating. They recommend to replace the heat exchanger. What to do?

Switching off the device due to overheating of water depends not only on a clogged heat exchanger. Extraneous noises can also be heard if there is excessive scale on the heat exchanger fins and if there is air in the heating circuit. But initially you need to check that the temperature sensor, three-way valve and circulation pump are functioning normally.

What malfunction when the gas boiler Ariston 24 Alteas makes clicks in the temperature increase mode? Suppose the burner unit lights up, the temperature starts to rise, then there are unusual metallic sounds. But if you take out the screws of the outer panel fasteners, then the clattering no longer exists. What can be?

The appliance may crackle, rattle or crackle, in particular when the main burner is switched off. The main reason for this deterioration is the disproportionate heating of the heat exchanger surfaces, due to dirt or lime deposits. We recommend that you clean the boiler as soon as possible.

What are the reasons why the boiler does not shut down after reaching the set temperature? Heats up to 90 degrees, then it goes into failure. If you reset, the situation repeats.

The electronic board must be defective, the temperature sensor must be replaced, the button on the safety sensor is broken. It is possible that there was an automatics regulation failure.

Can you please tell me how I can lower the pressure in the Ariston Alteas X 24 boiler? And is it permitted to reduce the pressure of the gas mixture?? Is there a regulator in the appliance that equalizes the gas pressure or is there no need to do any adjustment?

The regulator should adjust the pressure of the gas delivered to the boiler unit. If it is too low, the gas burner will not light; if it is too high, the flame may wick off, and the gas burner will go out right after ignition. Further steps in the adjustment. Preheat the unit sufficiently. Fully open the smoke evacuation duct. Turn on the main gas burner to maximum, and the fire will turn a blue-yellow hue. By closing the tap of incoming gas we remove the yellow shade of fire. After testing the operation of the unit in all possible modes.

There is a tap on the underside of the boiler from which water constantly leaks. The unit itself does not work. What must be done?

Apparently, the coolant is discharged from the safety valve. This factor indicates an increase in pressure in the system. Also the make-up valve may not be closed or the expansion tank must be pumped up.

What is the cause of the pressure jumping up and down around the clock and the fluid dump valve opening?? The screen shows invariably a heating symbol in the boiler heating cycle. What can be?

There is a problem with the temperature sensor of the heating circuit. There is no normal circulation in the heating system.

A few days ago I had a problem with the boiler Ariston Alteas. During operation it started whistling. Tried to reset. It was possible, but there was no change. Can you tell me why the machine whistles??

Often the loud whistling occurs if the pressure at the burner nozzles is incorrectly set. You need to check the set value and correct if necessary.

After two years of satisfactory operation, I have a slight problem. When you turn on the heating mode, the pressure increases rapidly during heating, and there is an alarming discharge of water. Why did it happen?

The diaphragm of the expansion tank is most likely worn out or there is no air in the air chamber. The 3-way valve can also be defective.

The unit was humming a little when switched on, but now the noise has become more noticeable. At first, the sound occurred briefly, but now it is heard for much longer. Has anyone encountered this problem?

The appearance of an extraneous rattle can be explained by the presence of lime scale on the inner walls of the heat exchanger, which heats unevenly due to the different thickness of the walls. The more the heat exchanger is clogged, the more it rumbles and the lower the heat output.

We plan to install an Ariston Alteas boiler in a private house. Interested in how to properly start the device in operation?

For the correct start-up of the boiler unit should follow certain steps. Connect the electrical power to the device. Let’s open the gas tap. Then we turn on the gas burner. In the end, set the desired temperature.

How to clean the filter of cold water?

First, it is necessary to release water from the DHW system. Second, unscrew the flow sensor nut. Then we pull out the sensor together with filter from the cavity. After removal, clean the accumulated impurities and dirt.

Why can’t the hot water be heated?? The water from the tap is almost cold. Help me understand what’s going on?

Detect malfunctions in the following ways. For example, a hot water temperature sensor failure, you need to replace it. It is also possible that the device power setting for heating water is wrong.

Can someone please help clarify the situation with the chimney? For 2 days now there is a reverse draft, which causes the smoke to go straight into the room. The chimney was made by myself. It is made of a steel pipe. There seems to be an inaccuracy somewhere.

An important reason may be the wrong design of the chimney. Sometimes there is a deposit of soot on the walls of the pipe, which dramatically reduces its performance. It is also advisable to check the exhaust in the room.

How to check the pressure?

You can see the pressure on the manometer

Each boiler has a pressure gauge that displays the pressure of the heating system. Initial adjustment is carried out by a representative of the company with which you have signed a contract for the installation and maintenance of gas equipment. If the temperature of the coolant rises, so does the pressure. If the gas is added, but the pressure does not grow (the system itself does not hold the set pressure), then you need to look for the reasons.

Every boiler has different pressure gauges, as well as recommended parameters. In the manual you can find all the recommendations regarding the norms of the pressure gauge values.

The control sensor can be shown on the general display or located inside the structure. In any case, it performs the only function. to control the pressure in the system, and if it is low, the heating, or rather the lack of heat, will make itself felt.

Boilers that run on gas are the best solution for heating almost any room. They are easy to use, have small size and a solid service life, so they are equally suitable for both private houses and apartments.

Any gas boiler has 3 main components:

Depending on the model, the boiler may have different additional equipment, such as a pump, fan, expansion tank, safety valve, electronic control system, diagnostics and protection. If the boiler has these additional elements, then it can be considered as a miniboiler, which operates fully automatically. It independently maintains the temperature set by the program, controls all internal processes, and in case of an accident closes the gas supply and turns off.

Boiler operating principle

To understand how a gas heating boiler works, you need not only to know its device, but also to understand what programs and functions are laid in it. In its work, the boiler is guided by the readings of the sensors. It determines the demand for hot water with the help of built-in electronics and starts the operation of the gas control valve. After that the gas burner, which heats the water in the heat exchanger to a certain temperature, and the circulating pump, which immediately distributes it through the heating system is activated. After the temperature in the system reaches a predetermined value, the boiler turns off the burner and goes into standby mode. When the temperature in the heating system drops to a certain value, the boiler turns on the burner again and the cycle repeats.

All the single-circuit boilers work according to this scheme in the heating mode. Double-circuit boilers perform exactly the same cycle, but its work can be interrupted by the hot water system (DHW). Two-circuit boiler has a more complex system of water treatment, since it performs two functions at once:

In addition to the main heat exchanger it has a second circuit (rapid heat exchanger), which is designed for the preparation of hot water. Two-circuit boiler can operate in 2 modes:

If the boiler operates in winter mode, the water is heated in the primary heat exchanger and pumped through the heating system. When you open the hot water tap in the boiler, the flow sensor is triggered. It sends a signal to the control board, which switches the three-way valve from heating mode to DHW mode. As a result, hot water from the main heat exchanger does not go to the batteries, and remains in the boiler.

It begins to circulate in a circle, passing through a secondary heat exchanger and heating water for DHW.

The secondary heat exchanger is a plate heat exchanger, so the water is heated almost instantly and we get hot water instantly at the tap. This continues until the hot water tap is closed. After the overlap of the water flow sensor reports this to the board, and it switches the three-way valve back to its original position and the heated water from the primary heat exchanger flows back into the heating system.

The description shows that the principle of operation of the gas boiler does not allow simultaneous operation of heating and hot water supply. However, there are already special heat exchangers that can do this (they will be described below).

Boiler design

Boilers of different manufacturers may vary in design and arrangement of elements, but they all have a typical scheme. We will consider it on the example of the device two-circuit boiler (as the most complex).

  • gas valve to supply fuel to the burner;
  • gas burner;
  • ignition unit;
  • ignition electrode;
  • flame control sensor;
  • gas combustion chamber;
  • primary (main) heat exchanger
  • ventilator;
  • sensor of exhaust gas draught. manostat;
  • water temperature sensor in the primary circuit;
  • emergency sensor of the temperature of the water of the primary circuit;
  • expansion tank;
  • circulation pump of the primary circuit;
  • filter of the heating system;
  • water pressure sensor in the heating system;
  • tap water make-up of the heating system;
  • safety valve of the heating system;
  • three-way valve;
  • hot water heat exchanger (DHW);
  • bypass;
  • DHW flow sensor;
  • D.H.W. filter;
  • tap of the water drain;
  • electronic control unit (control board);
  • regulators of temperature of heating and DHW
  • switch for operation modes (summer, winter).
See also  Electric hob with mechanical control

As can be seen from the large number of a variety of sensors, half of the devices monitors the system and allows the boiler to operate safely in automatic mode. In addition, the boiler has standard fittings for:

  • fuel supply to the gas valve;
  • water supply to the heating system;
  • return water inlet from the heating system;
  • cold water inlets for DHW;
  • outlet of heated DHW water.

To more clearly understand the work of the boiler it is necessary to consider each component individually and determine its function and purpose. It is worth to remember right away that “unnecessary” and “unimportant” parts in the boiler does not exist, and the failure of even one of them will lead to a breakdown or malfunction of the boiler. Below we will examine in detail the most important blocks of a gas boiler, and what elements it includes.

Gas burner and smoke evacuation system

The main element of the gas boiler is the burner. In modern boilers it is modulating, which means it is able to change the amount of gas consumed. This function reduces the gas flow during ignition and at the beginning of the heating cycle (heating up the exchanger gradually). Then increases the gas supply when approaching the set temperature and maintains it. When the water is hot and it’s about to turn off, less gas is fed. This reduces gas consumption by up to 15% and reduces the number of cycles of switching on and off, increasing the life span of the boiler.

Preparation and supply of fuel is carried out by means of a gas valve. During operation, the fuel supply is regulated by a stepper motor. It is controlled by the microprocessor on the electronic board according to a program that is written in the factory. So you can set the desired temperature of the heating and DHW system using the standard control panel.

There is also an ignition electrode and a flame detection sensor on the burner. The burner is located in a closed combustion chamber that ends in an exhaust outlet. A fan is installed on the outlet to force smoke out. Before the fan there is a draught sensor. monostat, which will immediately shut down the boiler if the smoke is not pulled. Especially often the manostat is triggered in severe frosts, when condensate freezes in the exhaust pipe and the exhaust gas outlet channel is blocked.

Heat exchangers

Heat exchangers are divided into two types: primary and secondary. The first one is installed above the burner, as it heats the water of the first (heating) circuit. It is a set of copper tubes in which water circulates with the help of a flowing pump. Copper plates (fins) are pressed on the tubes to increase the effective area and to heat the water quickly.

The secondary heat exchanger is required for heating DHW. It has a distinctive feature that allows you to instantly heat water. The exchanger looks like a set of plates, between which the water circulates separately from the primary and secondary circuit. When the hot water tap is opened, the water in the primary circuit does not go to the heating system, but is redirected to the secondary heat exchanger. Thus, instead of heating the radiators, the DHW circuit water is heated. Feature of the double boiler is that the heating and DHW heating can not be made simultaneously. In domestic conditions it is practically not noticeable, since the consumption of hot water is insignificant in comparison with the heating system operation.

When the daily flow of water is large and is in competition with the heating system, a two-circuit boiler with a bi-thermal heat exchanger is used. They are characterized by the fact that they have only one heat exchanger, which is located above the burner. Its design is a little more complicated, and within the tubes of the main circuit are the DHW pipes. It turns out that the burner heats only one heat exchanger, which simultaneously contains the water of the heating system and DHW (that is why it is called bi-thermal).

D.H.W. system

The main difference between two-circuit boilers is the hot water system (DHW). It allows you to get hot water almost instantly. For this purpose, the boiler has a secondary DHW circuit, which consists of a plate heat exchanger, water flow sensor and three-way valve. The main sensor that controls the process of starting the secondary circuit is the flow sensor. When you open the faucet, it sends a command to the control board, and that, in turn, to the three-way valve that closes the water supply to the heating system and directs it to the plate heat exchanger for DHW. As a result, hot water, which is heated in the main heat exchanger with the help of a pump begins to circulate in a “small” circle inside the boiler, passing through a DHW heat exchanger and heating water in it.

Bypass

It connects the direct and return pipelines of the main circuit. There is an adjustable bypass valve installed on the bypass, which opens in case of critical pressure, and part of the water flows from the direct pipeline into the return pipe. The valve ensures the absence of water hammer when the pump is turned on and limits the maximum speed of water circulation in the heating system.

Expansion vessel

When heated water begins to expand in the heating system and to compensate for the excess pressure, expansion tanks are installed. They are available at all boilers, without exception, but may vary in shape and size (depending on the boiler capacity).

The expansion vessel consists of three parts:

During operation of the heating system the tank equalizes the pressure changes due to the membrane, so during the operation of the boiler pressure remains unchanged.

Control board and sensors

Whatever the device of the gas boiler, it necessarily has a board (block) control. It allows you to set the necessary modes of the boiler, monitors and analyzes information from the sensors, performing automatic control of all processes in the system. On the board itself, there are no adjustments and settings, all the settings are made in the factory. The only thing the user can change is to connect an external temperature sensor. If there is no sensor, the control system is guided by the temperature of the water in the system and starts the boiler when it cools down.

If you connect a sensor, the boiler control system begins to be guided by it. To connect the outdoor thermometer, remove the jumper on the board and connect the wires of the control device instead. There are simple membrane sensors, which only set the maximum and minimum temperature in the room. There are more complex electronic sensors, which can indicate not only the temperature but also the time when the boiler is on, off. For example, the boiler will not operate while you are at work, but will turn on an hour before you return.

The normal operation of the boiler, its reliability depends on multiple sensors and control systems, such as

  • sensor of gas pressure in the system;
  • flame control sensor;
  • Exhaust gas draught sensor;
  • Sensor of water temperature in the primary circuit;
  • Emergency sensor of temperature of water of primary circuit;
  • water pressure sensor in the heating system;
  • safety valve of heating system;
  • DHW flow sensor.

Thanks to them, the boiler can operate independently for a whole season without stopping and breakdowns.

Unfortunately, in the process of operation there are problems not related to the boiler itself, but arising from external factors. For example, if the house turns off the gas, the boiler will instantly detect it and shut down. You have to restart it manually by performing special commands.

If the boiler malfunctions or fails, it shuts down immediately and gives a conditional signal. In models with electronic monitor an error code is displayed as a set of numbers or letters. In devices with analog (mechanical) control the error is indicated by blinking of indicators.

In the passport of any boiler there is a table with error codes, their deciphering and instructions on how to reset (eliminate) the problem. Such tables are easy to find on the Internet, furthermore, the error codes of almost all boilers are the same.
