The device of direct heating

The storage tank inlet connects to the cold water inlet. Output pipe. to the input of the second boiler circuit.

Materials and tools

For proper installation of the kit, follow these recommendations:

  • Disconnect power to the boiler with a two-pole circuit breaker.
  • Disconnect the boiler from the heating and hot water supply.
  • Drain the boiler circuit using a drain plug.
  • Remove the stopping plugs from the pump group.
  • Insert a gasket into the hydraulic group.
  • Seal the supply pipe on the boiler.
  • Put a gasket on the return water pipe of the boiler and connect this pipe to the hydraulic group.
  • Install connectors on the water return and boiler feed pipe connections.
  • Connect the two pipes to the boiler, secure them with locknuts, put seals and flat gaskets.
  • Put on three-way valve actuator.
  • Connect the actuator of the three-way valve in the boiler by means of a connector.
  • Check the correct installation of the set and tightness of all connections.
  • Open the lid of the heating boiler control panel.
  • Remove the safety resistor that is installed to prevent the consequences of wrong connection. Locate it according to the diagram.
  • Connect the water heater temperature sensor with 2×0,35 mm2 cable.
  • Connect power to three-way valve actuator.
  • Secure all cables and connection points.

Connect the electrical part of the boiler

  • Open the lid of the boiler control panel.
  • Remove the safety resistor that is installed to prevent the consequences of incorrect connection. You can find it according to the diagram.
  • To connect the boiler temperature sensor cable section 2×0.35 mm 2.
  • Connect the power to the three-way valve actuator.
  • Fix all cables and connection points.

How to connect the boiler to a two-circuit boiler

To connect the boiler to the boiler, you need to install it next to the boiler and combine them into one system. This method of combining the two devices is called an indirect water heater. Water is heated in the heat exchanger through which the water heated in the boiler circulates.
