On a chain of three diodes, when one (we call it “positive”) half.wave of the current, a pulsating voltage drop is created, which is through the fu1 fuse, the diode of the VD1 and the resistor R2 charges the capacitor C1. FURDER FU1 and varistor RU1 (16 volts) protect the control scheme from damage during overstrain, which can occur, for example, during a breakdown) in the diodes of VD2-VD4 diodes. Schottky diode VD1 was selected with a small voltage drop (to “save” the already small volts) and prevents the discharge of capacitor C1 during a “negative” half.wave of current through the diode VD5. The resistor R2 limits the capacitor charge current C1. To power the vacuum cleaner, a three.core flexible cable was selected in the rubber insulation of KG 32.5 (5 meters) and a fork with grounding contact (do not forget about electrical safety and fight with static electricity). Given the short.term intermittent operating mode of the vacuum cleaner, together with the power tool, the selected cross.section of the cable is enough so as not to heat up. A thicker cable (for example, kg 34), respectively, more severe and rude, which would create an inconvenience when using a vacuum cleaner. It was decided to refuse from the cable watching device that was in the donor vacuum cleaner, since the contacts existing there would not withstand the total load of the vacuum cleaner and the power tool.
The upper cover is fixed using a hairpin and a lamb nut.
For the convenience of removing the upper cover, the engine is connected to the control circuit through the connector. The body of the engine and the vacuum cleaner join the protective grounding conductor. To cool the regulator circuit in an output pipe, a small hole drilled to create an air duct inside the motor compartment case.
In order for a garbage bag to be inserted into the garbage collection, the upper edge was pushed by the rubber seal for doors cut along the rubber.

The craving, of course, is many times more powerful than that of a household vacuum cleaner, which would not have been enough for a couple of minutes of work with construction garbage. Relatively heavy garbage from concrete almost completely besieges in the garbage collection and an additional filter does not need to be cleaned for a long time, while the thrust is uniform and does not depend on the degree of filling the garbage collection. The dust from putty (in the form of flour) is very light and, accordingly, is worse filled with a cyclone, which makes the auto.filter periodically clean. The task of making a dust supply was not set and therefore not carried out on this function of the test.
The resulting device eventually turned out to be operational and has already passed the check when repairing one room. Now I am considering it more likely as an acting layout from the series “It will turn out or not for the sake of interest”.
The main disadvantages of this design:

Initially, it is necessary to do a garbage collector that needs to be finalized. Armed with a screwdriver, unscrew the wheels from the base of the vacuum cleaner and tightly glue all the obtained holes obtained with tape. After the nameplate is removed, its hole also needs to be sealed with tape.
All fixers are removed. Now with the help of a corner grinder, it is necessary to free the case from all the rivets and put a plug, previously wrapped in insulating tape. Then make a hole in the bottom with a drill, size 43-45 mm. As a gasket, the seal is taken, approximately 3-5 mm in thickness.
In the garbage collection, which was converted, you need to add a gasket, centering the pipe and bucket cover. Take a drill for 2 mm and use a drill to make holes that will continue to hold the lid.
Next, holes are made outside the suction pipe. Before doing this, it is necessary to put the marks at an angle of 15 degrees. Using metal scissors, make a hole. After that, attach the pipe using screws. For maximum tightness, it is necessary to carefully soak the bandage with glue and wrap it around the pipe.

In order to assemble your construction vacuum cleaner, you must have a power unit on hand, the turnover of which should be at least 6,000. As for the improvised material, it can almost always be found at home. As a donor for the engine, you can use not only the old vacuum cleaner, but also the washing machine.
Some craftsmen use power units from kitchen machines for a homemade vacuum cleaner, but do not forget about their tendency to frequent breakdowns due to the inability to withstand high load.
